• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists. • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team proficiency in electrophysiology and in supporting commercial ablation cases. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. • Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals during cardiac ablation procedures. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrophysiology. • Travel to various clinical sites to support team activities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent • 5+ years experience leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology or experience as a Field Trainer • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in electrophysiology procedures and products. • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as appropriate • Ability to work in the USA • A valid Driver’s License • Ability to travel over 50%
