📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and manage SAP projects across various modules (S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.) • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders • Create and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, functional experts, developers, and external vendors • Ensure effective communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project integrity • Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management • Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and steering committee updates • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, compliance requirements, and internal governance standards • Support training, documentation, and post-implementation review activities to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields • 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects in implementation, rollout, or upgrade scenarios • Proven experience with SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Fiori, Analytics, or Cloud platforms • Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Activate) • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and reporting • SAP certification in Project Management (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP) is preferred
