📋 Description

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with SAP implementation projects. • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training initiatives to ensure user adoption. • Conduct impact analysis and assess organizational readiness for SAP transformation. • Partner with project teams to integrate OCM activities into overall program management. • Design and deliver end-user training programs and knowledge transfer sessions. • Build and maintain change networks and champions across the business. • Track and measure adoption, usage, and effectiveness of change management strategies. • Provide executive coaching and leadership alignment for SAP-enabled business changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5+ years in SAP programs. • Strong expertise in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, ECC, or Cloud Solutions). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives in global organizations. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments. • Nice to Have: Certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies. • Experience in SAP training tools (Enable Now, SuccessFactors Learning, etc.). • Exposure to digital transformation and cloud adoption programs.
