📋 Description

• Lead and coach a local customer-facing team to meet and exceed goals • Identify opportunities, measure product performance, and help shape strategy • Build, grow and manage a portfolio of Enterprise and SMB clients • Manage and develop sales and account teams and coordinate with marketing, PR, product, finance, legal and supplier relations • Use data to improve customer outcomes, drive revenue and enhance user experience • Build strong working relationships across KAYAK for Business teams • Monitor competitors and identify gaps to inform local plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales or account management within the French corporate travel market, or equivalent experience in related sectors (e.g., travel tech, corporate travel agencies, online booking tools) • Demonstrated ability to win and grow client relationships and manage multi-faceted accounts • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Experience working with cross-border or global teams • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Familiarity with using data and reports to inform decisions • Proficiency in common office tools (examples: Excel, presentation software); specific tool expertise is a plus • Fluency in French (required) and strong professional English • Travel required, mostly domestic and some international as well
