• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the SaaS industry. • Experience with integration projects and data migrations. • Familiarity with systems such as Accounting, ERP, and CRM. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven project management skills, including planning, task management, and risk assessment. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). • Basic understanding of integration principles and data flow. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Team player with strong relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability. • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
