📋 Description
• Lead technical product initiatives at Keyrock, building proofs of concept and integrating APIs for trading tech. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to translate complex needs into prototypes and ensure value delivery. • Bridge the gap between idea and implementation; communicate with stakeholders and central Platform team. • Develop valuable and viable systems considering voices of Business & Commercial, Trading & Research, and Engineering builders. • Maintain a level of ‘trilingual’ competency across teams to align goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven Development Background: 5+ years of experience in a tech operations, software development, or data engineering role is required. You must have a strong portfolio and be comfortable writing code, building data pipelines, and integrating systems. • Technical Product Management Experience: A demonstrated track record of transitioning from a purely technical role to one with product ownership responsibilities, successfully launching and iterating on technical products. • Pragmatic Builder's Mindset: An ability to translate complex problems into simple, functional prototypes. You are driven to build first and prove value through working software. • Financial Domain Exposure: Prior exposure to financial contexts, market data, and time series data manipulation is highly desirable. Experience in fintech, trading, or quantitative finance is a significant plus. • Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and act as a credible, influential voice at the intersection of business, trading, and engineering. • Ownership & Autonomy: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of managing projects from ideation to initial implementation with a high degree of autonomy.
