• 7–10+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the restoration, insurance, cost consulting, or construction sectors. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite and specialized platforms such as QuickBase and XactAnalysis. • Strong organizational and time-management skills suited to a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills for working effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors. • Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, invoice review, and documentation. • Insurance industry background or related experience preferred.
