Working on a worldwide basis, we provide a range of linguistic, testing, and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers alike. • **Your skills:**** • The Audio Project Manager will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality and cost efficiency on every audio project. Working with assigned client, managing client relationships and managing a broad spectrum of resources the Audio Localization PM will be expected to deliver to both client and company's requirements/targets. • He/she will be expected to develop and grow those client relationships whilst achieving/exceeding the expected margins by providing creative, industry, technical and tactical business solutions. • The Audio PM is expected to manage multiple projects of different sizes, genres, platforms for multiple clients simultaneously and ensure their profitability, quality delivery within the timeframe agreed with the client. • Management:**Monitor and coordinate project processes (audio pre-and post-production plan, post mortems, resources, Audio QA, and running sanity checks before delivery, etc.)**Dealing with all audio bug-related management tasks (downloading, preparing, uploading files, etc.).**Create and upload deliveries scheduled, ensure compliance and download recording session from vendors.**Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client.**Work as part of team on specific client. • Communication:**Follows the development of the project daily, through a quick and efficient communication with the client, and confirming the issues receipt and analysis, changes in specifications, deadlines or any other kind of related matters to the project.**Liaising between external vendors and internal resources involved in own projects, keeping a relationship tending to go beyond a simple supplier-customer relation with the aim of getting vendor's members involved and an important part of the whole creative localization process.**Keeps a constant and open dialogue with the other APMs, and departments of the company.**Build good working relationships with all team members. • Financial performance:**Input of financial data, both sales and purchases, in administration tool for tracking, invoicing, cost control and quoting purposes.**Quoting projects or tasks and preparation of cost summaries or any other validation process to perform a cross-check prior to invoicing and fulfilment of the financial workflows, invoicing and WIP.**Reception and approval of CEA's from vendors.**Ensure continued sustainability of the project in terms of budget, profitability, quality and client retention. • Quality Management:**Ensure Keywords Audio QA process is followed, and Audio QA standards met.**Make independent decisions on work methods to be used on projects, while following established standards and procedures of the department.

🎯 Requirements

• **What we are looking for:**** • Minimum 2 years’ experience either on client or Vendor side, with degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science or**Games Development as an advantage.**Good organizational and analytical skills.**Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.**Good communication skills (English)**Knowledge of French is desirable **Must be motivated and a team player, be predisposed for personal learning and training needs and effectively apply business specific technology and methodologies • **Who you are:** • A team player with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal**A quick learner, able to adapt to changing business needs**Able to prioritize your tasks effectively and independentl
