Land customers. • Fast-forward a few months. • You are the main contact between the customer and Kimball Electronics and oversee an easy and coordinated interface between customer and Kimball plants and headquarters. • You will contribute to our success by communicating Kimball's "Package of Value" and implementing strategic plans to develop long-term relationships in the industrial market vertical with existing OEM customers. • You will work at all levels of the organization while traveling globally to provide a common look and feel for our customers. • Understand Kimball Electronics Processes. • Develop an understanding of the Kimball Customer Management Model. • Manage Periodic Business Reviews (PBR), Scorecard, Action Plans.
• Basic Background Requirements: • A willingness to travel nationally and globally. • Work remotely • An engineering degree, or relevant Electronics Manufacturing, Business Development or Program Management experience. • Relevant industry work experience including: • Experience establishing long-term relationships with customers at all levels both from a personal and professional perspective • Excellent negotiation skills • Experience working with customers, suppliers, operations, and exposure to Lean/Six Sigma processes and techniques • 3+ years of experience leading teams (without direct reports). • The ability to work with all levels of the organization (Customers and internal to Kimball). • Guide specific projects and account teams. • Detailed and responsive to both the customer and Kimball's operational needs. • Develop and articulate creative solutions to operational and commercial issues.
