📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and priorities • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and schedules • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team follows best practices • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery • Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and report status to stakeholders • Manage communication between technical and non-technical teams • Ensure regulatory and security compliance, based on industry • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably in FinTech, banking, or payments • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile methodologies • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.) • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC, AML) is a plus • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluent English (B2+) for communication with international teams and clients • Technical background would be a plus.
