• Establish short, medium, and long-term company priorities and targets (financial and non-financial). • Drive sales revenue and manage local team budgets and costs to ensure P&L accountability. • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams (both leaders and individual contributors) to achieve sales targets. • Conduct regular meetings to supervise progress and track action plans. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure resources for business development activities. • Set clear goals and KPIs for each department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. • Conduct periodic reviews of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and spearhead enhancement projects. • Research and analyze competitors and market trends to adjust business strategies as needed. • Ensure all existing SOPs comply with regulatory provisions from relevant authorities.
• Minimum of 10 years in a management role within sales, focusing on the Indian/Southeast Asian market, with a strong record of driving sales growth and operational management in the financial sector, preferably in the FX industry. • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate sales teams. • In-depth knowledge of the FX industry, market trends, and customer behavior. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Fluency in English.
