📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for all opportunities and issues related to our Homeowners and Dwelling Fire products • Participate in the development of the annual plan and strategy for its execution • Analyze internal and external data to identify marketing, underwriting and product opportunities; work to identify and develop new product opportunities that produce the level of return expected by Kingstone’s Board of Directors • Evaluate production to determine business quality and pricing opportunities • Understand all applicable regulations and ensure Kingstone understands and is compliant with same; keep apprised of possible regulatory or legislative change that will impact the company • Gain support of executive stakeholders and keep them apprised of progress, accomplishments, and opportunities • Develop a deep understanding of catastrophe modeling and help to effectively manage catastrophe exposure • Build relationships with Sales Reps; propose actions on their input where appropriate • Understand the competitive landscape and work to better position Kingstone in the market • Monitor procedures followed by underwriting and service provided to producers • Keep current on new data sources, service offerings and innovations in the Homeowners market in order to determine relevance for Kingstone

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Homeowners insurance • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a product analyst, analytics, actuarial, or similar role • Knowledge of coverage forms for Homeowners and Dwelling Fire insurance products • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment • Exceptional analytical abilities, focusing on leveraging analytics to drive product decisions • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
