📋 Description

• Establish and lead a capability center in India. • Collaborate with onsite stakeholders for Advanced Analytics projects. • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects addressing diverse business challenges. • Act as a bridge between stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics. • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data. • Brand performance analytics and reporting. • Marketing analytics (preferred). • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required). • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary. • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data. • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred). • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership. • Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
