📋 Description

• Serve as the navigator and owner of the Assignment process for international assignees • Provide support to the Client Services Manager • Administer client's mobility policy/program and provide logistical support • Work in close contact with team manager to deliver on company and client KPIs • Partner with Cartus global operations and finance for audit and control processes • Ensure accurate and timely processing of services with system data integrity • Build effective relationships with clients to assist in delivering excellent levels of service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in global mobility is desired but not essential • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service / coordination/project management skills • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills • Ability to manage a high volume of work • Training and coaching skills would be desired but not essential • Leadership and management support experience is also desirable • Strong project coordination background is preferred • High level of accuracy and process orientation
