📋 Description

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs for multiple clients, overseeing the full program lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the portfolio. • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent programs. • Effectively manage program roadblocks and deviations from plan. • Lead cross-functional teams of security experts and consultants. • Identify upselling opportunities based on evolving client needs or program outcomes. • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues. • Conduct regular reviews and assessments with customer success managers. • Facilitate clear and transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. • Drive process enhancements and knowledge sharing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. • 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Ability to engage with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs. • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products would be advantageous. • Nice to have: Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP. • Previous experience working in information security or information technology industry. • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards. • Certification in Information Security such as CISSP, CISM.
