📋 Description

• Serve as the central facilitator across the business, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies for the RCI portfolio of solutions. • Oversee the resource utilization of the delivery teams across the RCI team. • Own the day-to-day project management for SaaS, DaaS, and Managed Services initiatives, building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and action logs to ensure commitments are met. • Coordinate and run project meetings (kickoffs, onboarding sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives), including scheduling, setting agendas, capturing notes, and driving follow-up items to completion. • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously—scoping, planning, and executing deliverables on time and within expectations. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing and Customer Success to align project outcomes and customer goals. • Track and report on program and customer health metrics to ensure long-term retention and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Program or Project Management (preferably in SaaS or technology). • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management • A consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value. • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects/accounts at once. • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project/Smartsheet). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with both executives, end users, and internal technical teams. • Ability to translate customer goals into actionable project plans. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decisions.
