📋 Description
• Implement and configure Workday Time Tracking solutions for a global customer base • Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM module(s) • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze business requirements • Advise clients on best practices and implement system enhancements • Manage project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise • Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members • Perform research on problems and present/implement corrective measures • Contribute to knowledge management through various avenues • Act as mentor and coach for less experienced team members
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday • Deep knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Core HCM, Security and Reporting • Workday Absence experience is desired • Ability to lead medium to large projects for the full project lifecycle • Ability to prioritize and organize work independently • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong consulting skills and proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences • Willingness and ability to mentor and/or manage other consultants • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
