📋 Description

• Deliver compelling content across a range of mediums — including short-form copy, long-form articles, video, and audio — and channels such as Kraken.com, social platforms, and email • Distill the value propositions of Kraken’s products into clear, motivating messaging that drives client action • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, Design, Compliance, and SMEs across the organization to support and optimize product growth initiatives • Continuously refine and optimize deliverables based on data-driven insights and performance learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy and development, or digital marketing within finance or technology • Bachelor’s degree • Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to distinct audiences and market segments • Experience simplifying complex technical or financial concepts for sophisticated readers • Deep understanding of the psychology, language, and needs of Kraken’s client segments • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Analytical mindset, adept at using data and intuition to inform strategy and optimize content performance • High level of accountability and follow-through, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under shifting priorities • Native-level English proficiency
