📋 Description

• Responsible for month end general accrual preparation, collaborate with AP team/FP&A team/treasury team on monthly accruals and accrual related system integrations • Execute month-end close processes, including but not limited to journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliation and inter-company activity reconciliation • Perform commission accruals and reconciliation processes, fostering collaboration with business group liaisons to ensure accurate commission reconciliations • Conduct financial statement flux analysis at the entity level for subsidiary companies, including drafting trend analysis and variance analysis reports • Responsible for the audit schedules preparation and ad hoc audit supports.Work closely with FXN to drive system integrations and optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant working experience • Preferably some years of audit experience • Background in accounting for financial services, fintech, banking, or an exchange strongly preferred • Experienced with accounting for complex business entities especially a parent organization with multiple subsidiaries • Collaborative, innovative, flexible, and adept at building relationships across the organization • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF • Google and Microsoft suite proficiency required
