🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Australian utilities sector is highly desirable • Proven track record of leading significant business transformation projects, ideally within utilities or similar complex industries • Demonstrated ability to present and negotiating with C-suite executives, and to initiate strategic discussions • Pragmatic and effective problem solver, capable of focussing efforts on critical priorities • Strong client-centric approach with a focus on understanding and enabling client success while demonstrating the ability to manage expectations. • Collaborative team player with experience working effectively across local and global teams. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. You are well respected with a natural gravitas. • Strong client and quality focus, with a proven ability to build and enhance customer relationships • Willingness to undertake travel to build face-to-face relationships with clients and internal teams.
