📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to attract corporate partners, major donors, and individual donors • Build and establish our brand in the donor market — authentic, trustworthy, and innovative — together with our experienced Communications Lead • Identify new acquisition channels and partnerships in both B2B and B2C • Independently develop proofs of concept and MVPs to validate new fundraising approaches • Rapidly test, learn, iterate, and scale successful formats • Directly build relationships with potential corporate partners and major donors • Design and execute campaigns, events, and other formats to generate donations • Track and analyze KPIs to continuously optimize fundraising activities • Work closely with the team to integrate the fundraising strategy into our overall communications

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience independently building projects or initiatives — ideally founding a startup or running side projects • Professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, or comparable areas (B2C/B2B) • Entrepreneurial mindset: you think in experiments, act result-oriented, and are not afraid of trial and error • Experience or strong interest in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development • Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and take things from initial draft to implementation • Creativity paired with analytical thinking — you develop innovative ideas and validate them with data • Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability when dealing with diverse stakeholders • Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity — you find your own ways rather than following instructions • Identification with our mission and the nonprofit sector • Fluent in German and English • Employment is conditional on a clean extended criminal record certificate, as we work with minors and people seeking assistance.
