📋 Description

• Ensure users thrive, engage, return, and refer others • Design and deliver onboarding experiences • Monitor user behavior and proactively address drop-offs and churn • Run surveys, interviews, and check-ins for insights • Plan and execute lifecycle email campaigns • Serve as first point of contact for user inquiries • Resolve issues with speed and clarity • Track user sentiment and escalate product feedback • Maintain and improve Help Center content and documentation • Build and moderate online user communities • Host virtual events and campaigns to foster user connection • Act as a power user of Kryptr's platform features • Collaborate on product feature launches and updates • Identify bugs or usability issues • Track key performance indicators and translate user data into actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, user operations, email marketing, or community management • Strong communicator who can engage users across channels • Empathetic but analytical • Curious, resourceful, and unafraid to get your hands dirty • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating platforms, tools, and light data work • Experience in edtech, SaaS, or community-led product environments (Bonus Points) • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or email platforms (Bonus Points) • Demonstrated ability to manage support operations or engagement campaigns (Bonus Points) • Experience running online events or moderating user forums (Bonus Points)
