🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years of experience working with health and welfare plans • Strong analytic, writing and verbal skills • Strong academic credentials • Experience advising clients regarding health and welfare plans, compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, and other laws • Experience reviewing third-party administrator and vendor agreements • Advising regarding HIPAA privacy issues • LL.M. in Employee Benefits is desirable
