📋 Description

• Research and qualify relevant funding programs (national, EU, regional) • Coordinate funding applications, deadlines and accompanying documentation • Prepare funding utilization statements and funding reporting • Serve as an interface to internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., authorities, consortia) • Track reporting obligations, compliance requirements and funding milestones • Build and maintain a structured overview of active and potential funding streams • Support strategic positioning in public innovation networks • Contribute to bid management for public tenders and funded projects (including bid coordination and documentation)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with grant applications or public funding processes in Germany • Strong organizational and communication skills (German fluency required) • Affinity for technology, open source or infrastructure topics • Independent, cross-team working style • Bonus: Experience with EU Horizon and funding programs from various federal ministries (e.g., BMWK, BMBF, SPRIND) • Optional: Experience with IPCEI initiatives (Important Projects of Common European Interest) or other strategic EU large-scale projects • Optional: Knowledge of public administration, project controlling or strategic funding coordination
