• 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, and Web Services • 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Proven experience leading development teams and guiding technical decisions • Experience designing and maintaining scalable architectures in cloud environments (preferably Azure) • Experience with Sitecore 10 • Demonstrated experience across the .NET development ecosystem (including testing and debugging) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
