âą Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications, International Relations, or related field âą Professional fluency in English, plus fluency in either Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin). âą 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or client services âą Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills âą Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite âą Experience in interpretation services, translation industry, or multilingual event coordination âą Understanding of simultaneous interpretation technology and workflows âą Familiarity with APAC business cultures and practices
