📋 Description

• Play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams • Guiding them through complex consulting engagements • Creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts • Drive meaningful growth within an existing portfolio of insurance accounts • Own, run, and grow a targeted set of accounts • Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Life Insurance and Annuities sector • Strong understanding of policy administration systems (PAS) and the surrounding technology landscape • Proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing both complex and straightforward transformation deals • Ability to engage C-suite and senior business/technology stakeholders • Comfort engaging at the CXO level with credibility, gravitas, and the ability to advise on both business strategy and technology transformation • Familiarity with AI-driven transformation use cases
