📋 Description

• Kyra is an AI-powered, full-service global influencer marketing agency and platform serving enterprise brands. • Own end-to-end experience across Kyra Platform ecosystem for creators, brand managers, and internal teams. • Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and usability testing; translate findings into personas and journey maps. • Design and prototype wireframes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile; collaborate with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation. • Define and track UX metrics (e.g., task success, time on task) to validate improvements. • Rapidly test multiple solutions, iterate quickly, and champion UX best practices across teams. • Push innovation beyond industry standards to set new ones. • Location: Remote (UK or Europe preferred); Salary: Up to €70,000; Start Date: ASAP. • To apply, email scarlett.chorley@kyra.com.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/Product Design with experience on consumer-facing web and mobile apps. • Deep expertise in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), prototyping tools, and design systems. • Strong grasp of research methods, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions. • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Skilled at turning insights into compelling presentations that align teams. • Collaborative partner to Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. • Excited about the creator economy, social media trends, and AI-driven experiences. • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
