📋 Description

• Lead new supplier development and foster strategic partnerships • Collaborate with cross-functional personnel, customers, and suppliers to ensure successful development of new sources • Assess metal products, precision machining, and raw material supply base to create strategies that support DoD programs • Support the development and execution of critical precision machining projects across multiple Munition Acceleration Committee (MAC) focused programs • Manage budgets associated with capacity projects • 20% travel required to supplier locations (could be some international travel as needed)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant machining experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related machining experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related machining experience • Supply Chain experience in precision machining, rare earth minerals, castings & forgings preferred • Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, as well as MRP/ERP system knowledge • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task project actions • Ability to lead meetings and develop presentation packages
