⢠Ensure a 100% retention of client base by maintaining professional relationships ⢠Manage all planning, implementation, execution, and record keeping related to Employment Equity Compliance ⢠Identify and resolve barriers to compliance with Employment Equity legislation ⢠Conduct analyses to determine numerical and non-numerical goals ⢠Ensure submission of the EEA2 and EEA4 reports to the Department of Employment and Labour ⢠Assist clients with identification of designated individuals for Succession and Experience Planning
đŻ Requirements
⢠National diploma/ BA /BCom Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business Management / Financial Management or related field ⢠Experience in the service industry (delivery of services to other businesses or business units) advantageous ⢠Experience with EEA2/EEA4 Submissions advantageous ⢠Experience with Policy drafting and Implementation advantageous ⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
