• The Graphics Designer is primarily responsible for defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, layouts, and photos, using Adobe Creative Suite • Expected to shape the visual aspects of annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and internal projects • Graphics should capture the attention of those who view them and convey the intended message • It should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design • Can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/ Multimedia Arts or equivalent work experience • Proven graphic design experience • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other design • Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Familiarity with design techniques • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication skills • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Planning and Workload management • Experience in publishing and creating designs of financial documents is an advantage
