• Build and execute email marketing campaigns to promote webinars, virtual events, symposiums, and other eMarketing initiatives. • Collaborate with webinar production, editorial, and cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional activities, communicate event updates, and support post-event performance analysis. • Develop and manage targeted audience segments and custom email lists. • Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting by ensuring marketing dashboards and trackers are updated with key performance metrics. • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support ongoing optimization and continuous improvement.
• 1+ years of experience working with email marketing • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp) • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with digital event marketing, or science sectors is highly desirable. • Highly organized • Excellent attention to detail • Data Driven • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time • Customer focused • Effective communication skills • Enthusiasm and self-motivation
