You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to understand clients’ challenges, contribute to the development of digital, data-driven solutions, and grow your consulting skills in a supportive environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated in one of the following: Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar. • 2+ years experience in the engineering/construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m). • Great communication skills, able to translate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences. • Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and improving the delivery of Capital Projects, with the curiosity to learn the latest digital tools and processes across project life cycle. • Have an analytical mindset and approach problems in a data-driven way. • It would also be great if you have: • - Experience implementing and improving data and digital solutions across an organisation or large project. • - Consultancy experience. • - Product Management/Software development experience. • - Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI). • - Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Azure).
