You will leverage your industry experience to deeply understand clients' problems, advise them on best practice and deliver data-driven digital solutions tailored to their needs. • You will be a proactive individual who directs technical teams to deliver impactful results and excels at communicating complex concepts to less technical audiences. • The Data & Digital team helps people to use data effectively to improve the performance of their projects or organisations. To do this effectively and at scale we use the modern digital technologies including Azure, Fabric, Power BI and Python. We pride ourselves on being structured and outcome driven, helping us to build the best solutions and helping us to continuously improve what we do. • Your top 5 responsibilities • Solve our clients’ most complex business problems: Develop data-driven digital solutions tailored to clients' needs by fully understanding their business processes and challenging the status quo. • Lead our teams in implementing best practice data solutions: Direct our technical experts and junior team members to deliver to clients’ expectations by successfully communicating complex business concepts and requirements. • Develop internal Laminar data solutions: Helping Laminar to become data driven by leveraging digital technologies to collect organisation data and enhance operational efficiency. • Productisation of client solutions: Lead our technical teams to develop products that work across different clients. • Following and developing our processes: Following our best practices and identifying areas for us to improve by refining or introducing new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated in one of the following: Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar. • 5+ years experience in the engineering/construction of largecapital projects (>USD 100m). • 2+ years experiencedrivingdata and digital solutions set up and implementation across an organisation or large project. • Great communication skills, able to translate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences. • Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and improving the delivery of Capital Projects, with the curiosity to learn the latest digital tools and processes across project life cycle. • Have an analytical mindset and be able to create structure and clarity from uncertainty. • It would also be great if you have: • Chartered in relevant body (e.g. ICE, RICS) or moving towards chartership. • ISO 19650 certified. • PMP/APM membership and/or MBA. • Consultancy experience. • Product Management/Software development experience. • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI). • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Azure)
