• Shape and execute a centralized marketing vision aligned with Landmark’s revenue priorities. • Develop foundational marketing infrastructure, integrating digital tools, workflows, and best practices that drive scale and measurable outcomes. • Develop a budget and clear order of priorities for execution, including hiring talent and managing agencies/vendors across a global, matrixed environment. • Align with senior leadership to drive integration between teams and prioritize projects that deliver enterprise-wide value. • Influence practice leaders and partners; demonstrate excellent brief-to-board presence. • Develop and execute targeted demand generation strategies to support lead flow across BD, IB, and Events practices. • Own performance marketing channels such as email, social, and paid media, delivering measurable ROI and marketing-sourced pipeline. • Build pursuit toolkits, case decks, and sales plays; partner closely with SDR/BD for joint planning and enablement. • Orchestrate 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs using intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora). • Measure and optimize MQL to SQL to Pipeline to Revenue; monitor CAC/LTV and experimentation results; analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance. • Oversee production of thought-leadership and sales content including landing pages, campaign copy, case studies, newsletters, PR, and managing domain-specific content. • Develop and articulate a unified brand message and visual identity across all channels. • Partner with the Events team to promote and amplify event capabilities; includes periodic travel to events. • Oversee updates to website content, blog, and social media channels to ensure consistent brand expression. • Elevate firm reputation through earned media and analyst engagement. • Build joint GTM strategies and co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, clients, and sponsors. • Evaluate existing martech stack and identify areas for improvement or consolidation; identify and deploy AI-powered tools to increase scale. • Run Salesforce, MAP (Marketo/HubSpot), attribution platforms, and analytics/BI systems in partnership with Marketing Ops. • Determine marketing spend, channel allocation, and vendor selection in alignment with campaign goals and business priorities. • Select and manage vendors; drive process improvements across marketing operations and GTM.
• 5-8+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and execution across B2B or professional services environments. • Proven ability to generate and report on sourced/influenced pipeline tied to closed-won revenue. • Experience in both broad-based demand programs and targeted ABM campaigns leveraging platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, and Bombora. • Hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, attribution systems, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics/BI, and AI-powered tools. • Experience building GTM motions with strategic technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.). • Understanding of cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity markets. • Strong writing and content development skills with experience crafting persuasive, sales-oriented messaging. • Comfort navigating matrixed organizations and aligning across practices, partners, and regions. • Comfort with tools like Google Ads, social campaign management, web analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines. • Track record of hiring, developing, and directing in-house teams and agencies. • Proficiency in funnel metrics (MQL to SQL to Pipeline to Revenue), CAC/LTV, and ROI measurement. • Experience working with sales, events, and product or advisory teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. • Candidates must be authorized for employment in the United States.
