📋 Description
• Automate repetitive, high-volume business processes to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. • Design and develop attended and unattended automations in Power Automate; • Map processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements; • Build bots and scripts integrating with APIs, databases, and web services; • Execute tests, document workflows, and ensure governance and security of automations; • Monitor and maintain bots in continuous operation, ensuring performance and stability.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a numerically based degree — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics; • Non-mathematical bachelor's degrees are acceptable if accompanied by a postgraduate degree in Information Technology; • Familiarity with technical English is desirable; • Strong experience in developing, testing, and maintaining process automation (RPA) solutions and system integrations; • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and experience with attended and unattended automation; • Experience in process analysis and mapping, identifying opportunities, and designing optimized workflows; • Experience with SQL, API and web service integrations, and script development (e.g., Python); • Hands-on experience with web scraping, security best practices, version control, and bot governance.
