• Ship production features at startup speed - Own frontend implementation from concept to deployment, moving from prototype to production in hours or days • Build complex delightful React interfaces - Work closely with our UX designer to implement sophisticated user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components • Own technical excellence - Profile and optimize performance, architect scalable frontend systems, and maintain high code quality standards • Connect with users - Embed with our community to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and translate learnings into product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong frontend craft: TypeScript, React, Inertia, Tailwind - with a keen eye for interaction design, motion, accessibility, and visual detail • Track record of independently driving features from idea to production • Portfolio showcasing high-quality well-designed thoughtful experiences • Small obsession with helping users succeed • Strong candidates may also.. • Be a former founder, or early engineer, who’s built a product from 0→1 • Bias to action, take ownership & never settle • Love to **win** & proactively share demos
