📋 Description

• Help shape secure, intuitive, and delightful experiences for millions of users • Work across the full design lifecycle - from discovery to delivery • Craft solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Contribute to a product that is trusted by individuals and businesses worldwide • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, user journey specialists, data scientists, and product marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product or UX/UI design • Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across platforms • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions • Openness to feedback and iteration • Passion for ethical design (not required) • Experience with AI design tools such as Figma AI, Figma Make, Loveable, Bolt, or Midjourney (not required) • Experience designing enterprise-grade security or identity products for business users (not required) • Familiarity with mobile platforms and browser extensions (not required) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating on front-end development (not required) • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) (not required)
