• Support planning events that are life giving and edifying to LGI staff • Maintaining the Guest Houses to be a welcoming space for staff to recharge • Staying up to date with LGI staff members’ ministries and life events • Assisting HR in researching and selecting insurance and benefits for LGI staff • Participation in crisis management will depend on FO staff members' capacity, training and giftings.
