🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role. • Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes. • Strong analytical mindset — you love using data to guide decisions. • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Experience in change management or training is a plus. • [Optional] **Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification** preferred.
