📋 Description

• The Director, Sales is responsible for managing Sales (Commercial) Function for the assigned regions. • This position serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. • Manage and lead Sales organization within SA. • Responsible for the performance and development of the regional sales team. • Ensure the company’s ability to support customer requirements is maintained at a high level. • Develops Mid Term Plan having future visions for market trends, supply/demand balance and business diversifications in mind. • Track performance vs. targets in the defined period. • Assumes accountability for delivering the volume, revenue and MOM targets for Lawter within SA regions. • Communicates the business strategy, tactical plans, business results, and other appropriate information with key stakeholders in the success for the regional business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Level Degree in Business or Science. • 10+ Years Experience in Account Management / Sales / Marketing Management Experience • Developed technical understanding of all markets with the region and strong ability to interface with technical associates and customers. • A Masters Degree in Business or Science is preferred. • Strong background in business operations and proficiency building
