📋 Description

• Record daily financial transactions (revenues, expenses, payments, and collections). • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly captured. • Calculate amortizations, accruals, and interests based on established accounting policies. • Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring all entries are timely and accurate. • Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring all financial data is correctly entered into the accounting systems. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve accounting-related questions or clarifications. • Support the preparation of internal and client-facing accounting reports. • Ensure general ledgers and books are properly updated and maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Studying Business Administration, Accounting or Related. • At least 2 / 3 years experience in related work fields. • Excellent organizing abilities. • Great attention to detail. • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen. • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets. • Advanced MS Office knowledge (particularly Excel). • Advanced student in accounting, finance or relevant field. • Good level of spoken & written skills in English. • Breath 24/7 and passionate about startup & VC ecosystem.
