📋 Description

• Submit protocols to the supplier Loy, ensuring correct registration and control of submitted documents; • Perform manual electronic filings in courts' systems, ensuring deadlines are met and procedural compliance; • Extract copies and obtain full case files from the courts; • Organize and keep the document repository and case records up to date in the internal system; • Support the Superinformation – Diligences team in tracking legal and operational requests; • Ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of the legal information under your responsibility; • Work with organization, attention to detail and a technical approach, ensuring efficiency and reliability in deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Law student or law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory); • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; • Experience with electronic protocols in court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, among others); • Experience extracting and reviewing case file copies; • Knowledge of legal procedures and administrative routines in the legal area.
