• Ensure every service request has complete information • Ensure data accuracy across CRM, budget tracking, and ticketing tools • Execute the operational side of client onboarding • Monitor client health scores and flag at-risk accounts • Coordinate across service teams for multi-service clients • Prepare renewal briefs ahead of contract renewals
• 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, or a multi-stakeholder support role • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an asset) • Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools • Ability to hold the line on quality under pressure • Comfort juggling multiple systems and priorities simultaneously • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma (concentration in business, marketing, or operations) is an asset • Knowledge of digital advertising an asset • A passion for the Automotive industry an asset
