📋 Description
• Support the Fraud Operations team in identifying and escalating financial crimes • Review and acknowledge daily all account fraud and card fraud alerts • Generate, process, and resolve fraud cases • Investigate potentially fraudulent activities • Maintain working knowledge of all relevant industry trends • Continuously monitor internal communication sources and respond in a timely manner
🎯 Requirements
• Three to four (3-4) years related experience in fraud or financial crime and banking operations • The ability to analyze policies, procedures, and data, and provide recommendations to mitigate risk and enhance fraud prevention measures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) • Experience with Verafin and Fiserv Navigator (Premier) preferred
