• - Own and evolve the customer lifecycle strategy across activation, retention, and win-back. • - Design and implement automated journeys using ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.). • - Manage email, in-product, and push notification campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. • - Implement and optimize churn prevention and revenue recovery flows using tools such as Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, or ProsperStack. • - Partner with Product, MarTech, and Engineering to integrate AI-powered personalization, predictive churn models, and behavior-based triggers. • - Design and execute A/B tests, holdouts, and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and retention metrics. • - Analyze and report on key KPIs — including activation, retention, churn, LTV, and reactivation — translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• - 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth/Product Marketing. • - Proven success improving activation, retention, and revenue (Pirate Metrics Framework - AARRR). • - Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar. • - Experience with subscription and product-led growth (PLG) models. • - Familiarity with churn management and retention platforms (e.g., Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, ProsperStack). • - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and attribution tools to measure funnel performance and customer behavior. • - Experience integrating AI/ML-driven personalization or churn prediction models is a strong plus. • - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, and data. • - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
