📋 Description
• Drive the full product lifecycle for iCasino slot games—from ideation to launch management—ensuring timely delivery, quality execution of the game roadmap • Support the full game development process from concept to launch across internal and external studios • Help write high-level game requirements, including player flow, business rules, client features, and creative direction • Conduct competitive research and track trends across real-money, social, and adjacent gaming categories • Collaborate on roadmap planning by contributing game and feature ideas aligned to studio goals • Coordinate development with design, art, math, and engineering teams—ensuring alignment across disciplines • Track milestones and approvals (e.g., concept sign-off, graphics, math, UAT) to keep projects on schedule • Assist in optimizing game performance post-launch, including lobby placement, campaign coordination, and data review • Work with marketing, product, and studio stakeholders to gather input and improve each release • Help monitor quality across all deliverables and support continuous improvement in tools and processes
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of professional work experience • A diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field • Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to write game requirements and work across teams • A creative mindset and eye for detail, with a strong interest in player experience and innovation • Familiarity working with technology teams (local and remote) and project workflows • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines at once • A collaborative, positive approach to working with a diverse team of stakeholders • Experience with casino games or the gaming industry is a strong plus
