📋 Description

• Perform ad hoc market analyses and fill operational gaps • Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and metrics for operations workflows, market launches, revenue-generating initiatives, and more • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Public Policy, and Finance as needed • Communicate plans and outcomes to a broad range of internal stakeholders through written communications and presentations • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance business performance and decision-making • Prepare biweekly reports on operational performance for key business lines, including marketplace and banking • Deep dive into data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Clean up and improve operational processes and systems, including CRM/data hygiene and reporting infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience working at startups, preferably in FinTech or B2B platforms • High proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Claude.ai • Ability to analyze data and generate insights • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure amid chaos • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bias toward action and strong problem-solving ability • Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment • Knowledge or interest in the cannabis industry and related policy is a plus
