📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams to enable efficient product implementations and customer onboarding • Act as primary liaison between customers and League’s cross-functional teams during onboarding • Create and manage end-to-end project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs • Manage program calendar and meeting schedules to drive timely execution of implementation • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer requirements • Lead client discussions on implementation and project activities and proactively escalate barriers to success • Identify dependencies, coordinate teams to attain dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery schedules • Support change control processes, governance meetings, and testing initiatives across the implementation lifecycle • Manage deliverable and document control throughout implementation phases and capture customer feedback (CSAT) • Foster referenceable clients and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery documentation and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a high-performance implementation capacity • 5+ years of project management experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Experience in the healthcare, consumer applications or technology required • Strong customer-facing communication skills • Ability to manage both technical and non-technical discussions and translate issues into actionable deliverables • Experience creating and managing project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs • Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide cross-functional internal teams • Familiarity with testing initiatives, change control processes, and governance
