• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and growth areas. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; provide guidance, support, and training. • Monitor sales team performance and KPIs; implement corrective actions when necessary. • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. • Collaborate with marketing and customer service to address customer needs. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and implement sales tools and technologies. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management and utilize data insights. • Collaborate with finance to establish and manage the sales budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the distribution industry, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience. • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices. • Familiarity with the distribution industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience developing high-performing sales teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet/exceed sales targets. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt strategies as needed.
